Meet Our Team

Alex graduated from North Carolina State University in 2016 with a degree in Agricultural Business Management. While attending he worked for a lawn care company in the Raleigh area which started his interest in the landscaping industry. Over the summers he continued to work in Raleigh and also back home in South Charlotte for another landscaping company which focused on landscape and sod installation. After graduating he moved back home to work with his father and brothers to start Covenant Works LLC. Since then Alex has obtained his Commercial Pesticide Applicator’s license for both NC and SC and is always increasing his knowledge through further education and experience.

Scott has 25 years of experience in commercial facility management which includes health care, public university, non-profits and managing construction, maintenance and athletic facilities. He is bringing that experience to the Building Services division of Covenant Works. He understands the challenges of working in occupied buildings whether commercial or residential. Scott holds a Certified Facility Manager designation with International Facility Management Association and is a North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
